Required Documents

  1. Online Application Form: Complete the application form via https://www.register.gradchula.com, then print it out and submit it along with the other required documents.
  2. Photocopy of Identification: One photocopy of your identification card or passport.
  3. Official Academic Transcripts: Submit your official academic transcripts.
  4. English Proficiency Test Score: One copy of your English proficiency test score (CU-TEP, IELTS, or TOEFL), valid within 2 years (until April 30, 2025). For more information about CU-TEP, visit http://www.atc.chula.ac.th or call 02-218-3717.
  5. Business and Mathematics Test Score: One copy of your Business and Mathematics test score (GMAT, GRE – code 3535, or CU-BEST in English only), valid within 2 years (until April 30, 2025). For more information about CU-BEST, visit https://mba.cbs.chula.ac.th or call 02-2185717-9.
  6. Two Letters of Recommendation: Provide two letters of recommendation from different individuals. Download here
  7. Certificate of Employment: A certificate confirming at least 3 years of employment up to the present.
  8. Statement of Interest: Submit your statement of interest. Download here
  9. Proof of Payment: Provide proof of payment for the application fee.
  10. Proposal Statement: A proposal statement (2,000–2,500 words in English).

Remarks

  1. Applicants with no relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain must complete additional courses offered in the Master’s program.
  2. Recommendation letters must be completed by applicant’s lecturers or supervisor.
  3. All required documents must be submitted by the application deadline. However, Items 4 and 5 (official test scores) can be submitted on the day of the interview. Please note that without the official test scores or other required documents on the interview day, the applicant will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
